Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), role.
• Profile data: age, level, playing style, goals, club, training days.
• Videos you upload and the metadata you add (title, category, notes).
• Analysis data derived from your videos (technique scores, feedback, progress).

A recognisable person in a video is personal data. By uploading, you confirm that the video is of you, or that you have the consent of everyone who appears in it — and the consent of a parent or guardian for any minor. You are responsible for holding those rights, and you must not upload footage of others without permission.

Our coaching analyses body posture and movement to give feedback. Depending on how it is used, this may be considered sensitive data. We use it only to generate your coaching feedback and progression, and we do not sell it.

To provide the service you sign up for (performance of a contract) and, where relevant, on the basis of your consent — which you can withdraw at any time.

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). Minors may only use the service with verifiable parental/guardian consent.

Your videos are private to your account and your coach (if you have one). We use service providers (hosting, storage, AI processing) bound to protect your data, and we do not publish your videos.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. From Settings → Privacy & data you can delete your videos and analyses, or delete your whole account. You may also contact us to exercise any right or lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
